With 10 bill though, you wouldn't need to worry about it, just buy a time share, then sell it off (you hire someone to do that obviously), and get the next one, and have them all lined up ahead of time (a good year in advance). You can't own a home, but what about a cruise ship? You could use a commercial one initially till you have your own (much smaller) one built just for you. Large enough for you to live VERY comfortably, and have room for say up to 100 friends to stay with you as needed. Fully crewed with chefs, maids etc, and able to sale from port to port forever. You could build that easily for under 1 bill.
