No, unless you actually are racist or have a hilariously broad definition of racism. Conventionally, though, not being attracted to certain races would only be racist if you could condition sexuality as a whole -- structuring things so that people would either guaranteed to be straight or gay. However, if we acknowledge that biological factors exist rather than everything being purely environmental, then it can't strictly be racist (although racism can be a factor). And, of course, on the flip-side of the coin, the decision to date women of a certain group (whether it's within their group or outside it) can be racist depending on the circumstances.
