Zeus 09/07/17 9:06:32 PM #13:	Toss-up between Phanpy, Dratini, and Pikachu. Dratini is kinda appealing just for the rarity and evos. Phanpy I like on its own, plus its evo is one of my faves. Kinda the same for Pikachu. Might just go with Phanpy this time. Basically, if I knew that it could never evolve, Phanpy or Pikachu would greatly outweigh Dratini and everything else.
