No spoilers, it just felt like one hamfisted 180 degree dramatic turn after another and I'm glad it ended, regardless. It's because the show sort of floundered once they left GRRM's writing behind and had to start coming up with their own plots (ie, he told them how the story is supposed to end, but not how he was planning to get there, so now they're struggling to connect the dots). Nor does it really help that they now feel like they have to close off every hanging storyline in the span of two short seasons, so a lot of stuff is going to feel rushed while other stuff simultaneously feels a bit aimless. --- "Wall of Text'D!" --- oldskoolplayr76 "POwned again." --- blight family ...
