Equal rights. If they're a woman, they have a right to be there unless the spa has a reason to ban them from the premises such as prior problems there. If you don't consider trans women to be women then also throwing on the retirement of passing when it means nothing to you kinda makes you seem like a jerk who raises the bar for no reason.
And an ignorant one for ignoring all those butch girls out there who could pass for men yet get allowed in women's spaces.
Which is it, they need to pass or genitals? But you bring up both and demanding both? That's totally inexcusable while we still live in a society where being trans can get you fired without issue in like 48 states. I guess 47 if you count all the districts and cities that do have protections in those crappy states. Plus the cost. Do you require anybody else get a highly personal, invasive surgery and years of medical treatment before you'll interact with them? One that costs tens of thousands? One that you consider cosmetic and don't even want covered by insurance despite it adding under 20 cents to your annual insurance costs to cover all trans medical care.
It's because you don't bother to consider that, when all put together, you are for upholding prejudice against us. Yet you think that feelings of cis people are more important than the rights of a trans person. However you justify it is merely showing your hatred. Perhaps it's subconscious, but it's there and the fact you consciously uphold and believe such things makes it clear that you only want concessions from those you have power over, yet refuse to make any of your own.
And you'll probably accuse me of the same. When it comes to human rights, there can be no concessions. All or nothing. And so far, it's still basically nothing besides in like 2 states.
That's not equal rights that's trance supremacy, that spa accepts all females and transfemales provided they don't have a penis. The ONE concession is that you must not have a penis if you want to be at that spa.
Because it is a fully nude female only spa, anyone walking around with a penis is going to make other people that do no have a penis uncomfortable for ANY NUMBER OF REASONS. But fuck those reasons, that person has a "feminen penis" and as such should be allowed in the spa. That is trance supremacy to a tee, not equal rights. If the world worked the way you wanted it to, that would allow any man to simply claim he is a women (proof or not) and gain access to that spa.
The concession is not how you think it works. It's that they only let women who meet their definition of women in. Imagine if it was race. "No Latina women." That's not equality if the concession is they'll let people of color in but not one specific sub group.
Either let all women in or none. But clearly this event is for women. And all trans women are women.
You'll never find an example of any man or boy doing what you say will happen. Sure there might be one or two who have dressed as women to try and kidnap kids but know what? It took one quick look into the persons home life and wardrobe to be able to prove they weren't a woman and even if they were, they had to actually break the law to be stopped.
So unless you're suggesting having a penis is a crime...? ---
