As such, unless Delta and all or most of the other airlines said "Let's all raise our ticket prices by three grand", it's legal, although it's generally viewed as a dick move. Disclaimer Anti-trust and monopoly laws are a big filthy mess, and although I know quite a bit about them, I'm by no means an expert.
