In reality, mental illness doesn't require that it "ail" a person; a lot of manic depressives actually enjoy their condition, but that doesn't mean it's not an illness. That's a very one dimensional view. A manic depressive person who gets fired because they're unreliable is ailed by it, even if they're so manic they don't give a fuck. An illness requires being ill, period. Zeus posted... If you're defending trans, you picked just about the worst example to do it.
