It fucked over anyone who bought the game Day 1, which should never be the gameplan of a company. Yeah, you want new players, but you also don't want to piss off the loyal base and make it so no one can play with the Year 2 noobies. You already got a solid chunk of content for your money. That being said, I was totally one of those suckers who bought all TTK stuff before the complete release came out... only played it for 3-4 weeks after.
