Topic	which city in the US is the best in terms of quality of life vs cost of living?
K181 09/01/17 11:50:29 AM #39:	I'd probably have to go with Raleigh-Durham so long as you're okay with the sprawl, the summer heat, and don't mind the lack of public transit.
