Then the Cop demanded it from the nurse and she was arrested. At that point the ER Doc and no one else in the hospital decided to prevent that... I don't think the cops should've been involved in ANY capacity. It's none of their fucking business. But it violates EMTALA to refuse to draw labs on an unstable patient.
