But at least both of those were on more obscure denominations. If the criteria is simply "it has to be a woman" then I can think of ones that actually deserve to be on currency. Why not Frances Perkins first woman to hold a Cabinet position. Sandra Day O'Connor first woman on the Supreme Court. Granted she's still alive.
