Now the guy is the only one working and paying for everything, but they couldn't find any place other than low income housing(it's impossible to find any rental properties where they're living), so they had to only put the girl as the lesee(the guy makes way too much).

So after all that, the guy goes to sleep and is woken up by a police officer that tells him a criminal trespass has been filed against him and he needs to leave. Before he leaves, he tells the girl that he's cancelling the money order for the rent that they put in.

Now they're back together, but they're kind of distant because the guy can't trust the girl because she called the cops on him for no reason, and the girl can't trust the guy because the guy was willing to put her and the 3 day old baby girl out on the street.

If a woman calls the cops on you, you shouldn't be with that woman. Period. Full-stop. She committed domestic abuse and then attempted to file a false charge. Because our system is biased towards women and therefore almost never puts one in jail for filing false charges, men have to take it onto themselves to leave the situation.

Additionally, he should sue for full custody of his kid because it would be irresponsible to leave them with a mother like that.

It's near impossible to get full custody without the mom either being a flat out crackhead or dead.

Given that she sounds completely irresponsible, with any luck she'd repeatedly miss the court dates which could trigger a default judgment against her.
