If a woman calls the cops on you, you shouldn't be with that woman. Period. Full-stop. She committed domestic abuse and then attempted to file a false charge. Because our system is biased towards women and therefore almost never puts one in jail for filing false charges, men have to take it onto themselves to leave the situation.
Additionally, he should sue for full custody of his kid because it would be irresponsible to leave them with a mother like that.
It's near impossible to get full custody without the mom either being a flat out crackhead or dead.
Given that she sounds completely irresponsible, with any luck she'd repeatedly miss the court dates which could trigger a default judgment against her. ---
