| BakusaiTenketsu 08/30/17 8:19:32 PM #278: | I do 5 fights a day for the 40 Lapis. It's enough to keep me in the top 90k easily for the Moogle each month too. Most my fights don't go past two rounds, and I haven't had a loss in about 6 weeks. My Arena team is: Ashe - Has Ribbon, but not really much else. Has 400 Magic. Mainly used to Heal Status or HP. Warrior of Light - Immune to Paralyze, Stone, and Sleep. Has Razzmatazz, Second Knife, Black Belt, and I pretty much just spam Bladeblitz with him. He covers and counters a lot and will generally get at least one petrification on counter attacks alone. Amelia - Pretty basic. Has about 500 Attack, just spam Ricochet. Noctis - Mostly wears evasion gear with Defender and Bowie Knife. Spam Blizzard/Fire Flask. Flex Unit - Currently and usually Fryevia unless Ice is banned. Was thinking of putting Seven or Nine in as a permanent spot but need another Dual Wield so I don't have to constantly shuffle gear or poach it from Land/Fry. I've seen some of the worst round 1s where I've had much of the team got shut down, either by Siphon Delta or Status Ailments, but I've still managed to pull a recovery out because Warrior of Light's ability to counter attack or Ashe's AoE Status Cure and Fryevia's massive MP pool allowing her to have 70+ MP still after an osmose attack have saved me. Realistically, my biggest and only real challenge would be a 5 man Stop on my party. It boggles me that Ribbon doesn't protect against Stop, but whatevs. It hasn't happened yet, and I'm sure it's entirely possible it will eventually, but as of right now, I've won every fight usually by second round. --- ...
