Being respectful is not "okay, I'll play along with how you feel," it's "okay, I accept this." You can respect a person's choice to believe something different, but I understand that's a difficult concept for you. adjl posted... Almost every nature vs. nurture question ends up being a little bit of both. Almost everything about human behaviour is some combination of genetic predisposition and environmental stimuli.
