I've heard nothing but bad stuff about the former and I watched the first episode of the latter and nearly fell asleep halfway through. Iron Fist sort of, Luke Cage not at all. Honestly, the only one where you may miss out on major plot details if you didn't watch it is both seasons of Daredevil.
