Topic	Watched the Lord of the Rings trilogy accompanied by live orchestra this weekend

If you're sitting down to watch a LotR movie, you're already dedicating three hours, so might as well make it 3:20 and get some more context and character building. Plus the extended versions divide each movie cleanly in half for you, so you could really make it bite-sized. i remember in school when they had the free movie day at the theatre. everyone went and watched the lord of the rings but they wouldn't allow one year to watch the return of the king because the movie was too long. that sucked. --- Chapped ass sucks.
