Also, governors agree to the Paris Agreement when Donald won't, Scalise is shot and there's conflicting information on whether Donald visited him in the hospital, attempts are made to weaken Russian sanctions, six people resign from the HIV/AIDS council, 198,000,000 voters have their information exposed to the public while a little later the voter roll data from all fifty states is requested, Jeff Sessions continues being called out with how many times he met Russians, Kansas needs more Mexicans, we see proof of huge declines in US confidence, and the month ends with the Bleeding Brzezinski drama.
