From Tyrion's point of view he should've either seen Jaime A) Get incinerated in dragonfire or B) Get saved by Bronn In the instance of A, he shouldn't have been back at Dragonstone all like "Well, Jaime will listen to me" when they start with the asinine plan of bringing a wight back. And ESPECIALLY in the instance of A he should've had some sort of emotional reaction to seeing the brother he loved get nuked. In the instance of B, he... well, he blatantly let Jaime get away after seeing Bronn save him. Which confirms that he's not completely on Dany's side. At the very least he should've sent the Dothraki out around the edges of that lake looking to take Bronn and Jaime prisoner. Most likely the showrunners either didn't think of this, or they just didn't have the time to film a scene about it.
