Topic	ATTN: _BlueMonk. I need advice on getting a new credit card.

On my Chase Sapphire Preferred, I call the number on the back of the card and a LIVE person answers on the first ring. that scared me the first time i called. i called, and i heard ambient sounds of a room on the other end and i was freaked out. then the guy started talking and i was like WHAT A HUMAN!??! but this morning i called the number on my reserve and i had to listen to 3 prerecorded things and like 10 seconds of hold music before someone answered. so i guess even when they are busy the wait time is short lol. --- One in a Million, TWICE!
