There's not going to be a Mad Queen heel turn. Just look at the difference between the shows portrayals of Stannis and Dany burning people alive. Every time Stannis is on screen it has evil music and Dany is portrayed positively even in her mistakes. You are clearly being told "be weary of this guy" about Stannis and "root for yas slay queen" about Dany.

Not trying to start some argument about Dany/Stannis, just pointing out the show is telling you what to think about the characters for a reason. Even if burning people is a mistake for Dany, it won't be her undoing or something that makes her portrayed as a villain because that isn't her path.
