It feels like the directors are just pandering to the most popular fan theories and everyone is wanking off to the hype. I liked when Game of Thrones was unexpected and all these clever side plots were happening and the grand scheme of things were massive. The new episodes are entertaining but I can't help but feel like it's just lame now. It started going downhill when they ran out of books to copy IMO --- "When it's cold, and when it's dark....
