I would assume that means you don't get to pick a job you hate for one hour a day while you browse Facebook and what not the rest of the time. Also, there's plenty of high-salary jobs that aren't white collar office jobs. Police officers, oil rig workers, some construction, etc. These are certainly jobs where you can't fuck off for 80% of your day.
