That's what I mean. It didn't make a difference to most people that Bethesda didn't really get a lot of what made Fallout special. A Bethesda RPG is very different style and the way they set up the writing/lore is very different. It would have been successful even if it was a new IP set in a post-apocalyptic world. With a video game this doesn't really matter.
