They did a good job of piquing my interest with the cool guns they throw at you early on as well as cleaning up your old town for settlement building. But man, the characters suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck. It's astounding. There is not a single character memorable in a good way except for Valentine and the fetish-insert android girl. Settlements are fucking lifeless and nobody does anything with the shit you built Voice acting for your character is so dumb The main quest plot has the foreshadowing of a four year old's Phineas And Ferb Fanfiction And yet it gets consistent 9s in the reviews IIRC. It's like reviewers just played three hours and said "yep pretty good" The settlement woukd be a decent idea if it is onky your homestead and several other places, instead they made it fucking every settlement souless, lacking personality modifiedable garbage. It literally has no context that villagers allow you to build their villages just because you retrieved a dead daugther necklace or something.
