I rewatched most of the season a few weeks back, and when you know who wins, it is probably not as good as coming in cold. I would still recommend watching at least the final episode of the season though if you do decide to skip it - it's an impressive effort from all 3 in that final challenge and a really good final TC.

The merge episode convinced me to watch the one after it, so that's a good sign. But it needs to keep trending upward. I also get that coming in cold kind of ruins it. And I know more than just the winner. Kristie beats Lee in the final two. I'm also pretty sure Flick and El round out the final four, but don't tell me if I'm right or wrong on that. The merge episode did give me a few things I did not know about, like Nick finding an idol and, well... Saanapu starting to destroy itself, predictable as that was (they didn't go to Tribal, so they have to be aching to vote each other out). But will they get rid of the two Vavaus that aren't Kristie (Kate and Sue) before eating their own? I'll see what happens.

If Kate goes next, then a majority of my favorites will have gone pre-jury (Phoebe, Craig, and Andrew (part of that is him following me on Twitter and telling me "WATCH IT OR ELSE"), leaving only Flick, Nick, and Kate at the merge). Having only 2/6 of my favorites at the jury phase means my vested rooting interest becomes "blindside-fest please" since there wouldn't be enough interesting people left.
We shall see.

I will watch the finale regardless. Thanks for that recommendation.
