Topic	How decent are budget tablets, anyway?

It's essentially a giant phone, and I personally find it perfect for basic documents, buying stuff, reading Ebooks and surfing the web. The only reason I would get a laptop over the tablet is because it's easier to use Windows than Android, a lot of sites are crappy on mobile.
