Why is "tell it like it is" even remotely considered something to brag about? Most children "tell it like it is", and it's not that difficult to turn off one's filter.

And ironic as it is, it seems like a lot of these people are insincere about.... everything. I mean Trump himself goes back on his word, and a lot of his supporters don't actually stand for anything. Their actions prove that.

Not to mention how much offense they took from the deplorable comment. They fundamentally don't care about "telling it like it is", they want "tell em what they wanna hear".
