1st of all you don't have a graphics card. Your graphics are integrated into the motherboard/CPU

So I don't really see anything wrong inside.

It looks like you have a DVI connection (the white port) so maybe try that if your monitor has DVI, or get a DVI to VGA adapter

Or try playing with the settings on the computer or TV until it detects the output from HDMI

If the display is still messed up then something happened to your motherboard while the computer was being transported (maybe the solder cracked somewhere after a bump in the road or something). Or possibly your monitor (I would try testing the monitor with another computer if possible)

Another option would be to add a graphics card but most likely it would have to be cheap/low power since pre-built computers typically don't have a power supply with enough output or connectors to add a powerful card.
This was very informative, thanks. Do you really think the motherboard could be damaged? Because as far as I can tell the computer works fine other than the fact that it's only showing the color green. (And for some reason not detecting the HDMI, but I still haven't messed around with the settings much)

Oh and btw the computer shows just fine on the tv when it starts up and when I did a system restore.
