And I thought trivializing the $2-8 million figure by placing it alongside the $49 billion currently spent on military health care was effective. A 10% drop in military viagra coverage would completely cover trans medical costs. That's pretty hilarious. Quite simply, this boils down to Trump waking up and deciding he needed to do something to please his bible-thumping fanbase.
