Topic	Report - US to ban US citizens from traveling to North Korea

Well, it's telling US citizens "Nope, not happening. Plan your trip elsewhere." It's a little constraining but when you're talking about North Korea, there's justification. You need to look at the larger picture. This is about avoiding war. If you have citizens getting locked up tortured and killed like Otto this poses a real problem for the US government. Best to limit NK ability to commit such heinous acts and provoke the US government. In time NK will mess up on their own but this move surly lets the world know the US is trying to avoid conflict.
