Him and Tilith have done wonders for keeping my MP topped up in the few long fights I've tried, and I'm pretty sure it's sustainable for much longer fights. Granted that's two units whose turns are taken up with healing, but in-between Zarg has a ton of stuff he can do, as opposed to running two healers that would otherwise be redundant.
