Having known a few filipinos and even dated one, it seems the husband hunters are probably the poor ones who want to get out. But they also really do like American men, especially blue eyed ones. They're obsessed with blue eyes.
Maybe they should bring over some prospects other than their genitals and embarrassing desperation. "You wanna marry me and live with me for x amount of years so I can get a greencard?" Sure, what do you have to offer? "Sex that will grow stale after round three. I also don't understand or speak much English, nor do I have an interest in assimilating with your friends or family. Doesn't this sound enticing?"
Um, it seems like you don't know anything about the Philippines. They're one of the most westernized Asian countries in the world. Not only do they all speak English, but it is rare for Filipinos to speak pure Tagalog to each other without switching to English every now and then. They know of our culture from music to movie stars. They're extremely religious, most follow Catholicism, and they're less success driven than other Asian countries. The Filipina women actually prefer to date foreigners over local men, simply because it's more appealing to them. I asked my then girlfriend what was "wrong" with Filipino men, and she couldn't really give a good answer, it was just more culturally accepted to date foreigners.
