I have gotten change back while having the tip on standby. That's never been an issue. Quite honestly, if a delivery person told me that they didn't have the change, I would believe they were keeping the money for themselves, and I certainly would not tip someone who I thought was ripping me off. She had every right to call and complain. Suggesting that she should drive down to get her change is ridiculous. Your boss is an idiot. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
