Misread, sorry. But basically it's not a poor/middle class thing. It's a good parenting thing. I've seen terrible people from good backgrounds solely on the basis their parents are terrible. Likewise, I've seen good parents in bad backgrounds.
Blame the parents.

yeah pretty much, even my niece's diet is better than her cousin's though. she'll sit down and eat a salad while he complains if he doesn't get bagel bites or chicken nuggets
