I don't want to trigger you since PTSD can be very serious but would you be able to say what field of work you were in when it happened? Were you military or was it something else? No need to bring up details.

A good way to help fall asleep is this 4-7-8 breathing method. Breathe in through your nose for 4 seconds, hold it in for 7, breath out through your mouth for 8
