CATS's attached merc may use that terrain as if it was theirs this week, with a +3 bonus on the bid to select it. If the enemy team does not pay CATS 3 GP during results, rather than giving the terrain back, CATS will then raze the terrain during results, making it unselectable next week as well. --- Shine on, you crazy diamond. ...
