Topic	My doctor billed my insurance $826 for a routine visit

That's more expensive than before I had health insurance, when I paid with just cash. Uh, debridement is a minor form of surgery. That's not normally part of a checkup. What is the doctor doing that could be considered "debridement"? That could be the reason for the high cost, or it could be fraud.
