Eh, full time retail are obligated to force health insurance on you. However, that also means that they've seriously cut back on how many people that they will let be full time, and they watch the number of hours part timers get intensely to insure that they aren't over the average number of hours they work before they get insurance.

It's one of those things that the ACA really made things rougher all around for retail, and in my opinion, it's one of the reasons that it's been on such a slippery slope where people end up not wanting to bother going retail anymore. I never looked it up, but was there anything in the AHCA that was going to address that issue with businesses like that?

I said both of these. That full time is given healthcare and they will offer employees one hour below full time to not give them health care but that you were informed of this beforehand. I said they should get a real job. That part time jobs are supplemental or for kids in school and are not meant for living off of.
