I share what helped me but the thing is I type fast and think aggressively so I end up using cuss words too much and it dilutes my message. It's been a problem for a long time. You didn't pick much apart, Conflict, you seem to be alone on your side while others are agreeing with me or at least more on this side. I'm not even trying to be mean to you anymore, but I'm kinda smart, and you get emotional in any topic concerning depression where someone suggest.. 'suck it up and take action'.
