I swapped Prishe for Selphie since I remembered I got her Ultra earlier which is instant with Last Stand, and it made the fight so much easier. I was reluctant at first since I used up all my MC3s on other characters I just got new relics for so I had to make due with her at level 80 and she can't use lifesiphon, but she used shellga and we stalled for meter on the first phase. The main thing holding me back is that in the third dispell phase with the 4 magic nukes, Tifa would alway die after Sudden Cruelty and octoslash before I could do anything unless I could get Prishe's super after Relm's USB, but having two instant medicas and waiting for Last Stand during the magic nuke part helped Tifa survive and bring the DPS, haste and keep the damage reflect up.
