Either the Vampire Killer's power in the hands of a Belmont is fairly universal, or the Belmonts even before they had any feats under their belt displayed powers that terrified humans. Oh yes, the Belmonts aren't 'random dude with whip' level at all. But like there's a really strong boost against Dracula's homies so feats against them should be taken with a grain of salt.
