There's no real answer to 'Enkidu and Gil use Mini on two of Ammy/Gil/Beatrix, they do absolutely nothing because they don't know they need to hug each other to shake off the effect' (worth noting Esuna doesn't do anything to it and it does work vs other CCs in FF14).
