...Why did I not think of this? I guess because I was always supporting losing armies in the first two Voting Gauntlets, I completely forgot that if your unit wins, you're stuck with it. And Lissa would probably be drawing from the same fanbase as the Fates girls...but by the same token, Sakura's Army is probably more likely to have gone to Elise than to Lissa. As for the other three defeated armies...Clarine's probably either goes to Priscilla or Lachesis, and I have no idea where Maria's goes. Maybe Lissa? I jumped from Mist's to Lissa's, because...those actually were my top 2, facing off in R1.

...No, wait, that's silly. These hypothetical people that don't care about anything before Awakening probably would've started off on Lissa's team, because she was facing a pre-Awakening character in R1 whereas Elise was facing Sakura, and then they'd still be there and Lissa would win this whole thing unless all of the early games' fanbases preferred Elise...oh, wait, Conquest was the one designed for the longtime fans; that could actually happen.
