Yeah, the book was some hum-drum conspiracy thing which was so focused on making a social statement that it had almost no room for fun, save for the ending. TheCyborgNinja posted... wolfy42 posted...Yeah, King until his accident made some masterpieces, he was a god of writing. I like his short stories, but most of his novels don't have enough of a payoff. Christine was okay, though, although I half prefer the film because the car was always evil in that version -- even killing somebody right in the factory while "Bad to the Bone" was playing. In general, he writes in a pretty blue-collar way and, in a long of his stuff, he's overly fond of cultural references.
