They are unrelated so you can watch any of them. You might as well either keep watching season 3 or just watch them all.

They are all worth watching even though most of us have our favorites/least favorites.

Fine, if you are going to be lame, I would say the most positive consensus is for
S3E4 "San Junipero"

Then for many people also
S1E2 "Fifteen Million Merits"
S1E3 "The Entire History of You"
S2E2 "White Bear"

Mid-tier:
Special "White Christmas"
S3E1 "Nosedive"
S3E5 "Men Against Fire"
S3E6 "Hated in the Nation"


Ones many people find to be "meh"
S2E1 "Be Right Back"
S3E2 "Playtest"
S3E3 "Shut up and Dance"

One that some people hate:
S1E1 "The National Anthem"

One that MOST people HATE:
S2E3 "The Waldo Moment"

There, that is a very comprehensive list that takes into account most people's tastes, this list is very different to how I'd personally rank all the episodes but I have read a LOT of rankings for this and I really don't think you can break them down into subgroups that reflect a general trend much better than this. (Very few people list their favorite episode as anything other than those top 4 and I'd say over 80% of people put Waldo on the very bottom)
