The only way they could be worse is if picking them froze the game But they aren't close to being bad My Bang example was because he is, overall, actually a good character; put up against most of the cast, his matchups are largely even. But his matchups with the top tier are so bad, he's regarded as C tier and borderline unviable. I don't get the point of the example because CPE Haku lost to even the other dumpster characters But it's still a step down from CPE's overall balance I just don't see it.
