I think IMOQ happen near the end of sign and have some references in the first two games as well as a major character in the games also being from Sign, but other than that, they follow their own story as far as I know. GU is a sequelish series to IMOQ and doesn't have much to do with Sign other than Haseo being someone from that series which is never mentioned at all in the games so you'd either have to watch Sign and put the pieces together on who he is or just look it up since it doesn't matter to the series at all. --- . ...
