By all means fire the cop, but you can't really convict him given those facts. The cop didn't say stop moving. If he wanted him to stop reaching then he could have said that. But he didn't say that. Then he lied about what happen. Harassed the family didn't follow protocol. But the black guy who was murdered he is at fault for not following a direction that wasn't given. --- Bender: Well, everybody, I just saved a turtle. What have you done with your lives? ...
