| Monday 06/21/17 9:41:59 PM #1: | Like, actual, severe anxiety that requires medication to manage. For those of you who do, how do you deal with the memory loss? Seems like I forget more as each day passes. Details of events in my childhood, phone numbers, what day of the week it is, and, once in a while, my age. I'm honestly conflicted on it. On one hand, I understand that memory loss could be a serious issue, but on the other, you don't really worry about stuff you can't recall, right? Truth be told, I'm kinda living in a high stress situation right now. But that's anxiety, I guess. Worrying about things most people don't bother to think of. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
