Comedy shows, light night shows, satire shows and the like only served to feed the hatred even more because no matter what trump will do in the future, no matter what his party is caught with, the democrats and liberals are just as guilty of it or people are desensitized to corruption and flat out lies, America is going to look at a Trump scandal the same way they look at shootings, they'll go "Oh, that's terrible" and completely stop caring by the time they finish that sentence.
